This exhibition is anchored by Crowns in Chaos, a 10-ft mural created by a group of teens and led by Bubbler artist, Shiloah Coley. Captured around the gallery are various processes of collaborative art-making and peeks behind-the-scenes at what goes into collecting stories, experiences, and reflections of yourself and others through art.

“Working on this mural has meant gaining friendships and feeling comfortable with being who I am around others. I am proud of the work we have done as a group. We have created a safe space for Black girls and have given each other respect and appreciation for being ourselves. ”
